Founded in 2013 under the name “Rethought Reborn Media,” our agency manages transit advertising revenue sharing programs for multiple markets throughout California. We love transit advertising so much we changed our name to reflect our passion – Transit Media.

While transit advertising programs are our jam, our services to our transit partners also include fleet design, marketing support, communications, print collateral, and whatever else our transit agency partners need to help them serve their communities.

JOB POSITION

TITLE: Assistant Project Coordinator
Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Years of Experience: 1-3

Type of Position: Part time (10-12 hours per week, flexible)

Compensation: Hourly + profit sharing

ABOUT THIS POSITION

We are a growing agency and looking for a detail-oriented rock star to coordinate advertising projects and provide support to our sales team. 

  • Maintains day-to-day operational processes

  • Coordinates workflow of advertising projects

  • Maintains advertising inventory status and availability on a real-time basis

  • Liaises with production team and transit personnel to schedule ad installations and removals

  • Supports sales team by inputting advertisers into CRM, assigning projects and setting up workflows

  • Updates and maintains advertising and production rate schedules across all platforms for all markets

  • Generates innovative solutions by approaching problems with curiosity and an open mind

  • Performs administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, etc.

  • Assists in various projects, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google products is a MUST

  • Comfortable with learning new online platforms

  • Ability to summarize complex business concepts into both written and oral communications

  • Comfortable presenting to executives

  • Polished and well-spoken
